Henge is a studio for one job: keep the performance in a guide video, and change who is doing it. Alisson Anjos released it on 27 October 2026 as an MIT app on ComfyUI and MiniMax H3. HiVideoStudio does not run it. The product page on this site is Henge, and it is not for sale.
A search for an AI character swap video, or an AI head swap video from a photo, usually means two files. One file is the motion. The other file is the person. Henge is built for that pair. The effect this site sells for that pair is Face Swap: one to three character images and a reference video, 150 credits for 15 seconds at 768P.
What the guide video locks
The Henge README, checked on 2026-10-29, says the guide's frames share the output's frame grid. Frame N of the result is built on frame N of the guide, so pose, camera, and timing stay with the original clip. That is the "motion-locked" part of a character swap. The author's post the same week names four results plus a multi-person pass: Character Swap, Motion Transfer, Head Swap, and Sharpness or upscaling.
Character Swap, in the README's mode table, replaces the person with a character picture. Head Swap replaces only the head. Motion transfer drives a new character with the guide's performance, using a Motion Transfer LoRA or TARA, which the post calls a temporal-alignment method. Sharpness is a cleanup pass. The README says 2K or 4K is optional on that pass. None of those modes is a button on HiVideoStudio.
The app can run locally. The README asks for an NVIDIA GPU with 32 GB of VRAM and 64 GB of RAM, and about 125 GB of models if every profile is downloaded. It also documents a RunPod pod and a serverless path. Weights and LoRAs have their own licenses. The application code is MIT. The README says the project is independent of Higgsfield and Comfy Org.
The same README says to generate real people only with their consent. An optional filter can warn or block a reference that looks like a public figure. The filter is off unless you turn it on.
What a photo effect on this site actually does
You upload a still. The template is already chosen. You do not supply the performance.
Face Swap is the page that takes one to three character images and a reference video. The public price is 150 credits for 15 seconds at 768P. There is no preset clip in this version. The published sample is about 6 seconds at 1280×720. The priced render is 15 seconds.
Ozil Goal AI keeps one fixed 15-second move: the run, the chip, the slides. One photo replaces the scorer. The public price is 50 credits. Face Swap takes one to three character images and a reference video, 150 credits for 15 seconds at 768P.
AI Zombie is one photo and one of three 15-second templates, at 45 credits, with sound. Survival Horror AI is one photo and a 15-second rainy flashlight scene, at 50 credits. Thriller Dance is one photo and a 15-second dance, at 50 credits, silent. Hotel Lobby is two photos and an orange set, at 90 credits for 15 seconds.
A two-person zombie clip, a pumpkin-head clip, and a vampire clip are planned and not for sale. So are the named dance templates in the song guides. Planning those pages did not add a character-swap mode.
Dot Henge is a search variant of the name. This site has not registered a domain for it. HiVideoStudio is not affiliated with Alisson Anjos, MiniMax, Comfy Org, or the Naruto rights holders. The author's post says the studio is named after a transformation technique in that series.
The search page that sorts "swap my face onto a clip" against the catalog is AI character swap video.
How to choose if you wanted a swap
- If you already have a guide video and a reference picture, open Face Swap and read the 150-credit line. Henge describes the same kind of input, and this site does not run Henge.
- If you have one photo and you want the fixed Özil goal move, open Ozil Goal AI and read the 50-credit line before you generate.
- If you have one photo and you want a horror or dance template, open AI Zombie, Survival Horror AI, or Thriller Dance. Each page shows its own price.
- If the template you want is marked planned, stop. Those pages have no sample and no price.
Quick answers
What is Henge? An MIT video studio on ComfyUI and MiniMax H3. A guide video plus reference pictures go in. A swapped, retargeted, or sharpened clip comes out. It is not for sale here.
Does a head swap from a photo exist on this site? Face Swap takes one to three character images and a reference video you upload. It is 150 credits for 15 seconds at 768P. Person 1 is leftmost. Person 2 and Person 3 are optional.
What does motion-locked mean in the Henge README? The output frame is built on the matching guide frame, so the pose and the camera stay with the guide.
What is Dot Henge? A way people type the name. No domain for it was registered by this site.
