Henge character swap and motion transfer

Introduction only. Not for sale. This page does not generate a video.

Henge is an open-source video studio by Alisson Anjos (Alissonerdx). It runs on ComfyUI and MiniMax H3. You give it one guide video and reference pictures. It can replace a person, replace a head, drive a new character with the guide's performance, or sharpen the clip. HiVideoStudio does not sell Henge. This page is an introduction. There is no Generate button, no sample file, and no credit price.

People also search the name as Dot Henge. That is a search variant of the same word. This site has not registered a domain for it. HiVideoStudio is not affiliated with Alisson Anjos, MiniMax, Comfy Org, Higgsfield, or the owners of Naruto. The author's post says the name comes from Henge no Jutsu, a transformation technique in that series.

What the author shipped

On 27 October 2026 at 12:38 UTC, @Alissonerdx posted the release. When this page was checked on 2026-10-29, that post had 153 likes. The post says Henge turns a guide video and reference images into Character Swap, Motion Transfer, Head Swap, Multiple Character Swap, and Sharpness or upscaling. Motion Transfer uses new LoRAs, including TARA, described there as a temporal-alignment technique for following the guide's motion. A built-in assistant can mark people and launch jobs. Another client can drive the app over MCP. The app is MIT-licensed. The post links the GitHub repository.

The README checked the same day lists four modes:

  • Character Swap replaces the person in the video with a character picture. The recipe names Character Swap v1.1 and a one-line body_swap prompt.
  • Motion transfer drives a new character with the guide's performance, using Motion Transfer v1.0 or TARA v1.0.
  • Head Swap replaces only the head, using Head Swap v1.0 and a head_swap template.
  • Sharpness sharpens an upload or a generation, and the README says 2K or 4K is optional.

The same README says the guide's frames stay on the output's frame grid, so pose, camera, and timing stay locked to the guide. Long clips are split at camera cuts or at a fixed length. Several people can be marked and each bound to their own pictures. The application code is MIT. Model weights and LoRAs keep their own licenses. The README says the project is independent of Higgsfield and Comfy Org.

Local use, as the README lists it, wants an NVIDIA GPU with 32 GB of VRAM and 64 GB of RAM, plus about 125 GB of models if every profile is downloaded. The other paths it documents are a RunPod pod, or the UI on your computer with RunPod Serverless. This site does not host any of those.

The README also says to generate real people only with their consent. An optional likeness filter can warn or block a reference that looks like a public figure. That filter is off by default.

What HiVideoStudio sells instead

A Henge job starts from a guide video you supply. Most HiVideoStudio effects start from a photo and a template this site already has. Face Swap is on sale: one to three character images and a reference video, 15 seconds at 768P, 150 credits.

  • Face Swap takes one to three character images and a reference video you upload. Photos go left to right. The public price is 150 credits for 15 seconds at 768P. There is no preset clip in this version. The published sample is about 6 seconds at 1280×720. The priced render is 15 seconds.
  • Ozil Goal AI keeps one fixed 15-second move, the chip and the slides, and replaces the scorer with the person in one photo. The public 15-second price is 50 credits. You do not upload a guide video.
  • AI Zombie takes one photo and one of three templates. The public price is 45 credits for 15 seconds, with sound.
  • Survival Horror AI takes one photo and returns a 15-second rainy flashlight scene. The public price is 50 credits.
  • Thriller Dance takes one photo and returns a 15-second dance. The public price is 50 credits. The clip is silent.
  • Hotel Lobby takes two photos, one for each person, on an orange set. The public price is 90 credits for 15 seconds. It is not a swap onto a video you upload.

Pumpkin-head, vampire, two-person zombie, and the named dance templates in the song guides are planned and not for sale. They are not a character-swap studio either. The longer comparison is in AI character swap video and the Henge creator guide.

How to tell Henge from a photo effect

  1. If the request is a guide video plus a different face locked to that performance, open Face Swap. Henge describes that job, and this site does not run Henge.
  2. If the request is one photo in a fixed scene this catalog already sells, open that effect and read the credit price on the page before you generate.
  3. If the request is a song, a couple, a pumpkin head, or a vampire, read the planned-template guides. Those pages are not for sale.
  4. Leave this Henge page. It does not upload a photo and it does not spend credits.

Quick answers
